Alfred E. Morris, 92, of Triadelphia, WV, died Monday, November 30, 2015 at the Bishop Hodges Continuous Care Center.
He was born February 11, 1923 in Wheeling, a son of the late Arch and Victoria Bliski Morris.

Alfred was a graduate of Wheeling High School Class of 1942, retired as Vice President of Midland Steel Products of Cleveland, OH, and was a Coast Guard veteran of WWII.

In addition to his parents, Alfred was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Morris.

Surviving is his loving wife of 71 years, whom he married on D-Day, Dolores Seidl Morris; a nephew, David Morris and his wife, Vanessa of Wheeling; a niece, Judy Kociban and her husband, David of Benwood, two great nephews; Bryan (Rebecca) Morris of Morgantown, WV, and Chad Kociban of Benwood, two great nieces; Erica (Matthew) Dalek of Wheeling, Amanda Kociban of Benwood, and 5 great great nephews; Brayden and Dylan Morris, Evan and Luke Dalek and Dane Kociban.

Alfred’s wishes were to have no visitation or services.

I remember so many wonderful things about my uncle Alf, from when they lived in Willoweck Ohio, Strongsville Ohio, to Tridelphia WV. To all the family gatherings. Especially Christmas at my moms! Miss those times the most! Love you Uncle Alf.
