In addition to her parents, Anna Belle was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Amos in 1990 ; a daughter Linda Lilley in 2014; two brothers, Sam and Bob Hunter and a sister, Sandy Carroll.

She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Dille (Vernon Anderson); a son-in-law, Richard “Dick” Lilley; three grandsons, Steven Dille, Scott (Jill) Dille, and Matthew (Jessica) Lilley; one granddaughter, Stephanie Lilley (Tristen Conaway); two great granddaughters, Alexis and Peyton Dille; one sister, Becky LaPosta; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Anna Belle’s daughter Bonnie would like to thank Jane Noble and family, Bob and Pam McPherson, and her cousin, Beverly Philabaum for their love, support, help to her and her mother before and during her illness.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV where an American Legion Auxiliary service will be held at 7 pm.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 1 pm at the West Alexander Presbyterian Church in West Alexander, Pa., with Rev. Fred Soberg, officiating. Interment will follow at the West Alexander Cemetery, West Alexander, Pa.

My Aunt Anna Belle has been, and will always be one of my favorite relatives. Now there are far fewer of them, so we must all treasure our time together while in this world. Mine and my Wife’s deepest condolences go to all of Aunt Anna Belle’s family and many friends. Please forgive us for not attending, but know our hearts are with you all.

Bonnie, Steve, Scott, Jill and Family ~
Please know I’ll be keeping you in my prayers, thoughts and in my heart. I have many memories of Anna Belle. My favorite would have to be the summer Bonnie and I spent a few days with her sewing, chatting, giggling and lunching. This is the memory I will have when I think of Anna Belle. Wishing you all the strength and healing you need now and in the days to come. God Bless. ~ XO

“And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” (1 Corinthians 15:26) God promises that he will soon wipe away and reverse the effects of this enemy that causes so much pain. Your precious Mrs Amos will be brought back to you and you will never have to experience the pain of losing her ever again. This is a promise from God! (John 5: 28,29) Jw.org

Sending my thoughts, prayers, and lots of love to our cousins!! AnnaBelle was a very special lady!! She will greatly missed!!! I will miss getting a Christmas card every year. I still have the baby bibs that she gave me at my daughter’s baby shower 11 years ago. She had saved them….Aunt Olive made them for family for baby showers. They are still cherished along with the hand written note. ❤ Rest easy AnnaBelle!
