Barbara Ann Bowman, 77, of Wheeling, WV died Saturday, June 25, 2016 in Wheeling Hospital. She was born Nov. 14, 1938 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late H. Cletus Tuttle and Teresa (Balash) Tuttle. Barbara was a Secretary at Wheeling Jesuit University and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling. She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Robert E. Bowman; 2 sons, Tim L. Bowman and Scott A. Bowman both of Wheeling; 2 daughters, Carla M. (Mark Phillips) Cash of Colerain, OH and Pam J. (George) Skaluba of Manassas, VA; a brother, Thomy Tuttle of Florida; 7 Grandchildren, Chuck Melko, Rob Melko, Ryan Cash, Kyle Cash, Kaitlyn Bowman, Samantha Skaluba and Holly Skaluba and 2 Great grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Wheeling Chapel, 1400 Eoff St., Whg. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
