Barbara C. Juber

JUBER, Barbara C. “Little Squaw”, 74, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Friday, October 14, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born October 6, 1942, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Curtis A. and Edith M. (Forshey) Williams. She was Methodist by faith and worked for the McClure House in Wheeling, the Hampton Inn, and St. Vincent de Paul Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Edward Williams, and two sisters, Sandra Strebe and Alexis Cabb.
She is survived by one son, Richard F. “J.J.” Juber Jr. of Wheeling; one daughter, Barbara C. Michalec of Ill.; one brother, Curtis A. Williams Jr. of Wheeling; one sister, Dolores “Dodie” Scherich, of Wheeling; two granddaughters, Jazzmin Hollis of Wash. and Teaa Hollis of Ill.; one nephew, Curtis Williams III; and one niece, Diana Slabaugh of Parkersburg, W.Va.
Friends will be received for a memorial gathering on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 1 pm until time of service at 2 pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling with Rev. Mitch Johnston officiating.
