I am dear friends with Helen Cahoon and Thomas Cahoon. Helen always had fond and loving stories to share about her sister Rosamond and husband Bernard. Upon Helen’s passing, I had the unique opportunity to meet both Rosamond and Bernard at Helen’s funeral. I send my condolences to the Grubler family.

My condolences to all the family. He was always so wonderful to me as a patient when I worked for Mike as a dental hygienist and anytime I ran into him out in Wheeling. Praying for all of you during this time of grief.

Bernie and my dad George Truax, were “Grubler” first cousins and they were both born in 1930. Uncle Ben and my grandmother Aurelia Grubler Truax were brother and sister. Roe and my mother, Jeanne Kammer Truax, were school mates from First Grade at St. Michaels through High School at the Academy. Roe sang at my parents wedding, and at my mother’s funeral. I remember Dr. Bernie fondly from when I was young. God bless the Grubler family at this difficult time.
