Blanche L. Turvey, 56, of Wheeling passed away at Wheeling Hospital on September 1, 2022.
Blanche was born on February 13, 1966 in Wheeling to the late Ed and Louise Turvey. Blanche was a very happy and outgoing lady. She never failed to put a smile on anyone’s face. She loved to take care of her great grandson, Kingston, who was her absolute best friend.
In addition to her parents, Blanche is preceded in death by her brother, Ed.
Blanche is survived by her granddaughter, Imoni Turvey; great grandson Kingston; and brother Ben Turvey.
In accordance with Blanche’s wishes, there will be no services. Altmeyer Funeral Home Wheeling, 1400 Eoff St is handling arrangements.

Blanche was a beautiful person, with a warm spirit, along with charm and wit to spare. She brightened our workdays with her humor, and kindness. She was always pleasant to be around. Thinking of her will always bring a smile to my face. Im gonna miss you my friend. Thanx for touching our lives, and making every day a bit brighter by being you. We love you.
