Charles A. Dunlap, 73, and Patricia L. (Pavelich) Dunlap, 78, formerly of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away April 30, 2016, in Taylor, Mich.

Charles was born in June 10, 1942, in Wheeling, a son of the late Lawrence and Grace (Young) Dunlap. In addition to his parents and his loving wife, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert and Tom Dunlap; and two sisters, Roseanne Blake and Regina Sinon and his step-father, Ted Ellefson.

Patricia was born December 4, 1937, a daughter of the late Carl Pavelich and Robalee Ellefson. In addition to her parents and her loving husband, she was preceded in death by her step-mother, Alice Pavelich; brother, Robert Ellefson and step-brother, Don Ellefson.

Charles and Patricia are survived by their two sons, Matthew (Sherryl) Dunlap and Christopher (Shannon) Dunlap; and four grandchildren, Chris and Sarah Dunlap, and Anthony and Lydia Dunlap. Charles is also survived by a brother, Larry Dunlap; and a sister, Nancy Dunlap. Patricia is also survived by four sisters, Linda (Robert) LaCava, Joyce Mosa, Shirley Ratkovich and sister-in-law, Debbie Ellefson.

Friends will be received from 4-8 pm, Friday, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, where funeral services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, May 7, 2016, with the Rev. Richard Skaggs officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.altmeyer.com
