Charlotte Ann Graham, 83, of Wheeling, died Sunday, April 29, 2018 in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born June 12, 1934 in Burlington, WV, the daughter of the late Elmer Raymond and Emma Day Rogers.
Charlotte was a member of the Short Creek Methodist Church, a past member of the Wheeling Eagles #344, and she loved gardening and being with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Scottie W. Graham on May 24, 1995.
Charlotte is survived by 7 children; Jeffrey Hastings of Wellsburg, Kathryn Hastings of Wheeling, Gordon (Shirley) Hastings of Warwood, Arthur (Ronda) Hastings of Elm Grove, Scottie (Connie) Graham of West Liberty, Lori (Shawn) Nettles of NJ, Randy Graham of West Liberty, 2 brothers: Chester (Judy) Rogers of College Park, MD, Havard (Betty) Rogers of Burlington, WV, 12 grandchildren; Jeffrey and Josh Hastings, Lacie Ferrell, Arthur Hastings, Jr., Brian, Trisha, Kayla, and Corey Hastings, Cody and Madison Graham, Brayden and Brody Nettles, along with 17 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 154 Kruger St., Elm Grove Chapel, where services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 11:00am with Rev. Bart Thompson officiating.
Burial will follow in Short Creek Cemetery.

My name is Frances Simpson I was introduced to Mrs. Graham thru Esther Proulx (James) my buddy. Over the years Esther would often talk of (Aunt Charlotte) in a loving and caring way. Charlotte was a special lady . She was salt of the earth kind of person . She was Awsome Mother and Grandmother/Great GrandMother .I will keep her memory close to my heart. Rest in peace Sweet Charlotte.

So sorry to hear of my special cousins passing. She was not only a relative but a very special friend whom I will never forget. She will be missed by all who knew her. I pray that the family will have the peace and understanding to get through. May God Bless you all. Love you.

So sorry to hear of my dear cousins passing. We loved to come down from Akron every November to see Charlotte and go to her churches Thanksgiving dinner. Now she has to her Heavenly home. We are praying God will give you all comfort. She loved her family.
