Debra Rae (Miller) Bauer White, 67, of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Lehighton, PA, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022, at her home.
Debra was born December 18, 1954, in Jacksonville, FL, a daughter of the late Ray and Shirley (Reinhard) Miller. In addition to being a U.S. Navy veteran, Debra was a retired registered nurse and EMT. She was employed as a registered nurse at Palmerton Hospital, Palmerton, PA, and as an EMT for Lehighton Ambulance Service, Lehighton, PA. She did not believe in organized religion. She was an Earth worshiper and liked to see God in nature.
In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by husband, Bob Bauer, in 2012. She is survived by her husband of seven years, Bill White of Wheeling; daughter, Barbara (Mat) Schuler of New Orleans, LA; and former husband, Joe Ring.
In accordance with her wishes, Debra will be cremated. There will be no public visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
