† Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13 †
Dear Family, please accept my condolence. Remember God’s promise to resurrect all who have died. (Acts 24:15) Jesus demonstrated his ability to resurrect the dead when he was on earth. At Luke 7:11-15, Jesus resurrected the widow’s son, verse 15 says ‘the dead man sat up…and Jesus gave him to his mother.’ God promises that he will heal our broken hearts (Psalm 147:3) by reuniting us with our dead loved ones and God cannot lie. (Numbers 23:19) Thank you for taking time to read my condolence and I hope the thought of hugging Donald again in perfect health (Isaiah 33:24) brings you comfort in the days ahead.
I will always remember in the sixties going to the Gordon’s home and playing basketball in the backyard. We became very good friends. Sending prayers and condolences to the family in this time of need. You will be missed by family, friends, and your community. R.I.P my friend.
