Edward “Junior” Waryck Jr., 86, of Glen Dale, WV, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017, at home surrounded by family.

He was born October 18, 1930, a son of the late Edward and Ann (Sovich) Waryck Sr. Junior was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, The Eagle # , Cave Club and IOLA. After graduation, Junior went to work for Triangle Conduit for 27 years, upon retirement he owned and operated The Rainbow Inn from 1977-2009. He enjoyed gardening and above all enjoyed being around his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, of 64 years, Shirley Waryck (May 2017).

Junior is survived by his two daughters, Beth (Brian) Carey of Deer Park, TX and Mary (Lee) Rush of Bridgeport, OH; one brother, Arthur Waryck; three grandchildren, Michel (James) Littlefield, Leslie (Travis) Tibbitt, Patrick (Jessica)Carey; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and life-long friends, Wayne and Linda Bero.

Family and friends will be received Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 10 am  for a memorial mass at St. Jude Catholic Church, 710 Jefferson Ave., Glen Dale, with Fr. Antony Raju officiating.

Beth and Mary and the rest of the family I’m am so heart broken please know everyone of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all so much, and I Willie’s uncle Jr tellingrI’m to young to drink. I loved anut for all the funny things she would tell me I’m a rue not a tubaugh. Special prayers are being said for all.
