Eulalia Smith, 78, of Moundsville, W. Va., died Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born in Moundsville on August 24, 1937, a daughter of the late Kenneth T. and Ruth B. (Cunningham) Wheeler. Eulalia was a member of TOPS, Moundsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jackson L. Smith, and two brothers, Kenneth and Albert Wheeler.
She is survived by one daughter, Ruth A. (Norman) Streight of Moundsville; one sister, Margaret (Jake) Koontz of Moundsville; two granddaughters, Jamie Allen of Moundsville and Heather (Chad) Curfman of Moundsville; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 5-8 pm and on Monday 10 am until time of funeral service at 12 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes and Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, with Rev. Greg Blair officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
