Frances Loretta “Frankie” Walter, 91, of Wheeling, passed away peacefully at the home of her son, on May 30, 2017.
She was born September 13, 1925 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Clifford and Anna Marie Miller Clouse.
Frankie was a retired RN serving in various doctors offices in the Ohio Valley and was a Christian.
In addition to her parents, Frankie was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard “Bernie” Walter in 1993, a sister; Evelyn Pleasants, and 7 brothers; Clifford, Dick, Robert, Toby, Jack, Joe, and Fred Clouse.
Frankie is survived by her children; Donald E. Walter and his wife, Diana and Deborah Yahn and her husband, Gary, all of Triadelphia, a brother; Thomas Clouse of FL, along with 7 grandchildren; Donovan, Danielle, Davison, Delaney, Anna, Chris and Stefanie.
Visitation and services will be held at the convenience of the family, with Chris Figaretti officiating.

Only finding this out today as Christmas card was returned. Wish I had been informed as Frankie and Bernie , Shirley and I were life long friends. I will see them all in the heavens……
