Frank Angelo Raymond, 93 of Benwood, WV died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015.  He was born Jan. 16, 1922 in Benwood, a son of the late Guiseppe and Asunta (Bonfonti) Raimondi.  Frank was retired from Wheeling Pittsbugh Steel Corporation, a World War II Veteran of the US Army Air Corps and a member of St. John Catholic Church, Benwood.  He was also a member of Blake Bros. American Legion Post 46, Benwood.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Genevieve (Petrone) Raymond; his stepfather, Carl Padula; Seven Brothers, Luigi, Joseph, Angelo, Samuel, Ernest, John and Tony Raymond; Three Sisters, Helen Raymond, Lillian Principe and Phyllis Raymond. Surviving are a brother, Rudolph Padula of New Jersey and a sister, Matilda Padula of Benwood and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 from 9:00 am until 9:45 am at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Benwood-McMechen Chapel, 214 Marshall St., McMechen.  Mass of Christian burial will then be celebrated Tuesday at 10:0 am at St. James Catholic Church, McMechen with the Rev.
