BORING, Frank, 81, of Wheeling died Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home surrounded by his daughters. He was born on December 7, 1939 and was a Catholic by faith. He was a retired employee of the City of Wheeling with over 40 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ella (Luckett) Boring, his son, Frank Boring and numerous brothers and sisters. Surviving are three daughters, Tammy Gregg and her fiance’ Ron Childers, Candy Fahey and her husband Gene, Keri Schultz and her husband Eric, nine grandchildren, Paul, Jared, Chad and Leighanne Gregg, Marcus, Kyle and Alyssa George and Kai and Kalei Schultz, five great-grandchildren, Adara, Ayden, Isla, Landon and Hayden. In following Frank’s wishes, a private visitation will be held as well as a private burial at Parkview Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Frank’s life that will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 3-7 pm at the Knights of Columbus, 118 Edgington Lane Wheeling.
