Ida Mae Louk, 86, of Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Wheeling, died Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born March 12, 1930 in Greggsville, WV.
Ida was retired from OVMC in the housekeeping department and was a Protestant by faith.
Ida is survived by her significant other of 54 years, Jack R. Kimble of Martins Ferry, her seven children; Virgil Louk and his wife, Sally, of Sarasota, FL, Chuck Louk and his wife, Cindy, of Wheeling, Patty Armstrong and her husband, Donald, of Glendale, WV, Dolores Caruso and her husband, Robert, of Moundsville, WV, Jalletta Moore and her husband, Robert, of Wheeling, Debbie Heilman and her husband, James, of Moundsville, Brenda Poling and her husband, Gary, of Jessup, MD, along with 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling, where services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 11:00am with her grandson, Pastor Rich Moore officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
