James, “Jim”, “Eddie”, Wilson, Sr., 87, passed away with his loving family at his side on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Wheeling Hospital.
Jim was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Louise Wilson.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy M. Wilson, 2 sons; James E. Wilson, Jr., of Wheeling and Ken ( Dr. Jody Oelschlager) Wilson of St. Clairsville, OH.
Jim was a Korean War veteran and a Purple Heart recipient and was retired from Allied/Olin Chemical Company.
He was a 1948 graduate of Sherrard High School and was a former Little League Baseball coach for the South Wheeling Indians, which he was passionate about and love working with the children.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice in Jim’s honor.
