John “Jack” Harry Malatinsky, 74, of Wheeling, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Liza’s Place.
He was born May 25, 1942, a son of the late John J. and Evelyn V. (Bruhn) Malatinsky. Jack was an active member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and spending time with family, friends, especially his grandson Devin and the Mozingo girls, Kylie, Emma, Jayden and Emily who all loved him dearly.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his aunt, Mary P. Logamarcino.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, of 46 years, Judith “Judy” Ann (Ward) Malatinsky; two children, Stacy (Brien) Forst of Morgantown, WV, and Jay Malatinsky and Lori Mozingo of Wheeling; three siblings, Phyllis (Bill) Holt of Wheeling, Paul (Sharon) Malatinsky of Wheeling and Philip Malatinsky of Wheeling; one grandson, Devin Forst, several nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles and many close friends.
A memorial celebration will be held at a later date, in convenience of the family.
