Joseph Francis “Meaner” Krchmarsky, 61, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022 at Cumberland Point Care Center, St. Clairsville, OH.

He was born in Wheeling on July 26, 1961, a son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Knuth) Krchmarsky. Joseph was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed watching games with his brother often.

Joseph is survived by two siblings, Charles Krchmarsky and Mary Krchmarsky; one step-sister, Lois (Dale) Neaggle and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 6-8 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, October 5, at 11 am at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church with Fr. Harry Dunn officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
