Your Mom was a light that burned brightly in this world . Everyone”s life that she touched has a special memory of her . She lived her life as we all should, and made every moment count . I cherish the last years that I got to know her and the time we spend together at the Villa . May your ” Josie Stories ” make you smile !
My dear friend Josie , I cherish all the time we spent together . Your memory lives on in your garden and all our hearts . Till we meet again at Heavens Gate …Love , Diane Peoples
My mother was a patient at Villa St. Joseph and was a dear friend to Josie. Josie was so kind to my mother and looked after her. Josie would alert me if mother was not eating or wasn’t sleeping at night. What a dear woman she was and a loving Christian human being. We will miss her.
We were most saddened to learn of Josie’s passing and wish to offer our deepest sympathies to her extended family. We first met her when our son, Eric, and her granddaughter, Barbara Walton, were married in 1997. Josie was such a charming and happy person that there was an immediate friendship. Josie was known for being a terrific pie baker and we were “gifted’ with these over the years. Despite surviving an often times-hards life she never lost her optimism. May she rest in God’s peace. She will me missed. Jack & Barb Solverson
What a Special Friend Ms. Josie was to our Family! My father, Enos C. Abel, was a resident at The Villa St, Joseph. Josie took care of Enos during their Music classes at The Villa. We all loved sitting in “Josie’s Garden”. She will be missed. We loved her very much!
Aunt Josephine was one special lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Sorry to learn about your mother.
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
With deepest sympathy,
