Judith Ann (Smith) Doerr, 74 , of Wheeling, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born June 14, 1946 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Harold and Elizabeth (Paul) Smith.
Judith was a retired salesclerk for Oglebay Park Resort and a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son Michael “Mikie Joe” Doerr.
Surviving are her husband Joseph J. Doerr Jr.; a daughter Julie Doerr of Wheeling; a son Joseph Doerr (Danielle) of Wheeling; two brothers Dennis Smith (Mary Ellen) of Cambridge, Ohio and Richard Smith of Wheeling; two grandchildren Abigail Doerr and Justin Doerr.
Friends will be received on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 10 am – 12 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling with services to follow at 12 pm with Deacon George Smoulder  as celebrant. Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 2111 Market Street, Wheeling, WV., 26003.

Judy, I am so sorry for your loss. I know that you told me your Mom was not doing well. You have had your hands full trying to take care of her and the loss of your Godmother Helen. My prayers are with you and the family.
