So sorry to hear of the loss of a wonderful teacher. She was my English teacher at River.
I only wish I had seen Karen more over the years yet it is wonderful to read the beautiful things said about her from her former students. A wonderful testimony to the woman she was. Marcella, I am so sorry for your loss.
We had talked about Karen a few times over the years, always with love and compassion.
May she be at peace.
To the Friends and Family of Miss Medure: I was a student of Miss Medure at River High School. I send my sincere sympathies to her family and friends. Through her classes, I learned to love all things William Shakespeare. She also helped us to overcome fear of public speaking in her speech class. She was a favorite teacher. I am honored to have been in her classes. Her teaching prepared me well for college. I am thankful to have known her.
