Kathleen L. Branicky, 86, of Benwood, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at home surrounded by family.
She was born November 2, 1929, a daughter of the late David and Virginia (Ott) Keller. Kathleen was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #46. She liked to play Bingo, and above everything, she loved her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Virginia DeCrease and two brothers, Harry and Michael Keller.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Andrew Branicky; four children, David Branicky of Benwood, Celeste (Larry) Kelly of Yardley, PA, Monica (Keith) Schemp of Grapevine, TX, and Drew (Tammy) Branicky of Sanger, TX; four grandchildren, Kayla (Jason) Jeffe of Washington, PA, David Branicky of Benwood, Ian Kelly of Yardley, PA, and Reagan Branicky of Sanger, TX; two great-grandchildren, Xavier and Taliyah Jeffe of Washington, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Monday, April 25, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Benwood-McMechen Chapel, 215 Marshall Street, where funeral services will be held, Tuesday, April 26, at 11 am with Pastor Thomas Mathes as celebrant. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

My deepest sympathyto Uncld Andy, David, Celeste,Monica, Drew and their families. I remember walking into Aunt Kats house and the smells from the kitchen were always so awesome. She was one good cook. Loved walking in and seeing fresh hotmemade noodles laying around the kitchen drying, loved her noodles. She touched so many people’s heart and will miss here dearly love and prayers for her and the family
