Kenny Ray Otto, Jr., 59, of Beech Bottom, WV, died Friday, September 11, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born January 30, 1956 in Wheeling, a son of the late Kenneth and Edna Druschel Otto.

In addition to his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by a sister Nina Williams in 2005.

Surviving are his wife, Dinna Corey Otto, 3 children; Kara Lynn Otto and Michelle Lynn Pavlic, both of Wheeling, Carl Michael Piper, of Morgantown, WV, 3 brothers; James (Sharon) Otto, of Richmond, VA, Joseph (Lisa) Otto, of Wellsburg, WV, Ronnie Otto, of Beech Bottom, and 5 grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Altmeyer Fuenral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling, WV 26003.

Many memories of working at the track where Kenny was a trainer for many years!!! New his parents, sister, brothers and children and grand children. Have know Dinna for just as long. My sincere condolences to the entire family. May he rest in peace!!

Kenny was an amazing fighter! He was such a kind, caring and funny man. Dinna, our hearts go out to you and to all who knew him. Just know that he will always be with you!!! Kenny….may you forever rest in peace.
