Leah Devyn Young was born August 27 at Ruby Memorial Hospital and entered directly into the arms of Jesus. While her time was short here on this Earth, she was loved beyond measure.
Leah was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Robert and DeVonia Fox, as well as her maternal and paternal great- grandparents Archie and Olive Fox, Fred and Carrie Robinson, Max and Nancy Young, and Larry and Lee Dusch as well as several cousins and great uncles.
She is survived by her parents Nathan and Vania Young of Glen Dale, her wonderful siblings who were so excited to teach her all they know Adeline and Elijah Young, her paternal Grandparents, Robert and Lindy Young (of Wheeling), her paternal uncle Michael Young (of GA) , her paternal aunt Lauren (Dr. Alex) High of Wheeling, her maternal uncles Jeff (Lynne ) Fox of GA, Mark (Kelly ) Fox of FL, her maternal aunt Penni (Mike) Legg of Florida, and special “Aunt” Melinda (Derek) Skrzyneki of Glen Dale, her cousins Braxton and Cohen High, Frankie Young, and Andrew and Abigail Skrzyneki who undoubtedly would have been her fiercest protectors, as well as other numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family will hold a private visitation and Leah will be laid to rest at McMechen Cemetery on Friday September 2 at noon.
