Lewis B. Reynolds, 87, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away Friday, January 29, 2016, in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, W.Va.
Lewis was born March 22, 1928, in Wheeling, a son of the late Lewis K. and Marie (Bernert) Reynolds. He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.; a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling; and U.S. Army Korean War veteran.
In addition to his parents, Lewis was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann (Kiaski) Reynolds, in 2003; a brother, Richard Reynolds; and a sister, JoAnn Turner. He is survived by his son, Dr. Leonard A. Reynolds and his wife, Tracie of Wellsburg, W.Va.; a sister, Janet Hetrick; and three granddaughters, Meghan, Aubrie and Madisyn Reynolds.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no visitation for Lewis. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm, Saturday, February 6, 2016, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Douglas Ondeck as celebrant. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
