Linda L. Williams, age 77, of Moundsville, WV passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born on June 2, 1943 in Moundsville, daughter of the late James and Alma (Helms) Fouty. She was retired from Wesbanco and was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Williams, and her daughter, Paula Wallace.
Survivors include a son, James “Alan” (Fatima) Fouty of Keystone Heights, FL; former daughter-in-law, Celeste Fouty of Boca Raton, FL; three grandchildren, Tyler Polly and Mariah (Austin) McDonald of Moundsville, and Cole Fouty of Boca Raton, FL; a great-grandson, Rykher McDonald of Moundsville; a sister, Judy Noller of Moundsville; a brother, James (Diane) Fouty, Jr. of Shadyside, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
To honor Linda’s wishes, there will not be a public visitation or service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

I worked with Linda for over 20 years at Wesbanco. She was such a good friend and we shared lots of great memories. She will be missed.
While working for many years at Wesbanco, Linda was one of my best friends. She was a very sweet lady and friend. I am sad to learn of her passing and wish God’s comfort to her family at this difficult time. May she now rest in peace.
