“Together again”
Lucille H. (Eilerman) Rapp, 88, of Wheeling, WV died Friday, November 20, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by family.
She was born August 17, 1927 in Wheeling, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Eilerman. Lucille was a member of the St. Michaels Church, Wheeling, WV, formerly a member of St. Joan of Arc Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward W. Rapp and her sister Rosemary Gallaway.
Surviving are her devoted children, Edward Rapp, JoAnn Moore, Joseph Rapp, Richard Rapp, Sharon Lassar, Kathy Mudge and David Rapp and her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her longtime friends and traveling companions.
Family and friends will be received Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, with a vigil service at 7:30 pm. A mass of Christian burial will be Monday, November 23 at 10 am at St. Michaels Catholic Church with Msgr. Jeremiah McSweeney officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
