Margaret Ann (Burke) Korsnick, 90, of Wheeling, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017, in Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling.
Margaret was born September 13, 1926, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Edmund and Agnes (Greene) Burke. She was Catholic by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Korsnick, in 1981.
Margaret is survived by her son, E. Patrick (Mary Ann) Korsnick of Wheeling; two grandsons, a great-granddaughter; and two sisters, Patti Millward of Wheeling and Marie McDonnough of Indiana, PA.
Margaret’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Good Shepherd Nursing Home for providing such excellent care.
There will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am, Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home Chapel, Wheeling, with the Rev. Very sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. My dad was Mike Osmianski who worked with you dad. I knew your dad pretty well. You many not remember me but I remember my dad, your dad, you and I going to a high school football game when we were kids. Saw you play with Central a couple of times. Again very sorry for your loss. Maybe next time I visit Wheeling I’ll look you up.
