Peggy will be fondly remembered by me as a friend, mother-figure, and advisor. Each time I see or display one of the many hand-crafted items she gave me over the years I will be reminded of the sidewalk sales we attended, summer holidays with Slushies, living next door at Berlin Dam, sharing numerous family dinners as the kids grew up, and visits to her Triadelphia home. She will be truly missed!

To the Thomas family – you all have my deepest sympathies with the loss of Peg. She was a woman that was so easy to love. My heart hurts today for all of you. My world is for sure a better place for me for knowing her. I loved the time I got to spend with her and I actually have a few personal items like ornaments that every year make me think of her. You are a beautiful family and are in my prayers.

Dear Tammy and family, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your lovely mother. I remember her laughter and smiles and the enjoyment she shared at the Fort Henry Piecemaker’s. She was an excellent quilter and a joy to be around. May the Lord wrap His gentle arms around you and all your family to give you comfort, strength and peace. May she rest in peace with the heavenly host of angels. Love, Kathy & Lewis

I will forever remember all the times Aunt Peggy and mom would randomly break out in song while playing cards—almost like they planned it out. Eternal peace grant unto her, oh Lord, and may Your perpetual light shine upon her.
