Margaret Teresa (Daniels) Albertini, 89, of Moundsville, W.Va., passed away Friday, August 14, 2015, in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, W.Va.
Margaret was born June 10, 1926 in McDonald, Pa., a daughter of the late Rupert and Teresa (Whalen) Daniels. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Moundsville; the Wood Hill C.E.O.S.; and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, Council 1907, Moundsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Albertini, whom she married April 24, 1948; four brothers; and two sisters.
Margaret is survived by her six daughters, Anita (Richard) Pantone of New Martinsville, W.Va., Alma (Larry) Cunningham of Benwood, W.Va., Joan (Ed) Estep of Proctor, W.Va., Janet (Paul) Mancuso of Vienna, W.Va., Marcia (John) Torres of Hendersonville, N.C. and Laura Albertini Weigel of Wheeling; four brothers; two sisters; 25 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm, Sunday, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where a vigil service will be held at 7 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am, Monday, August 17, 2015, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Moundsville, with the Rev. That Son Ngoc Nguyen as celebrant. Entombment will be in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Sherrard, W.Va.
