Mark, Sarah, and family: I am terribly sad to learn of your loss. I feel lucky to have gotten to know Mary Sue just a little bit at our occasional Mardi Gras coincidences over the years. She was always so out-going and warm – an instant friend who I looked forward to seeing again . . .
I’m sorry not to be with you now to help celebrate her life, but will keep her and all of you in my prayers.

Mary Sue was a special person, she was great to work with and everyone enjoyed working with her, just last week I checked with our team to see if we could convince her to come back for a day a week, I thought it would be so great to get her spirit back.

I always enjoyed working with Mary Sue, so sorry for the family’s loss.

As noted in a previous e-mail I’ll donate on her behalf as well to the Animal Shelter.

Mark and Family. I am so very sorry to hear about Mary Sue. I worked with her at Undo’s. I worked in the catering dept and knew Mary Sue from when she started until she retired. She was one of the best servers Undo’s ever had. She was always smiling. We talked all the time. I always laughed at her many barrettes and ties she wore. And she would always offer me help if she thought I needed it. I was so amazed of how strong she was carrying those big trays of food up over her shoulder! She could be having a terrible day and still smile and be kind. She could always make us laugh, which we needed a lot of times. My son also works in catering and knew her. We are both very sorry we could not be there for her funeral today. Because Mary Sue loved her animals, we are donating food and supplies to the Belmont County Animal Shelter in her honor. May God be with you in this very heart-breaking time. You are in our prayers. Lisa Nickerson and son, Chad.

Mark, I just don’t know what to say other than to extend my very deepest condolences! When I first saw your post about losing Mary Sue, I thought it was wrong. No way! I do understand what you and your family are experiencing, however, since my husband also suddenly and unexpectedly passed. Many prayers….
