Mildred (Kielbasa) Mysliwiec, 92, of Moundsville, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 in Stonerise Healthcare, Moundsville.
She was born January 14, 1930 in Moundsville, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Gajor) Kielbasa Gonchoff.
Mildred was a retired assembly worker for the former Marx Toy Company; a 1948 graduate of Moundsville High School; a member of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Moundsville.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Stanley “Sam” Mysliwiec; five brothers, Bernard Kielbasa, Michael Kielbasa, John Kielbasa, Albert Kielbasa and Edward “Eddie” Kielbasa; two half-brothers, Joe Gonchoff and Frank Gonchoff; a sister Anna Mysliwiec; a half-sister Regina Gonchoff.
Surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great- nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home. Lutes and Kirby-Vance Chapel. 118 Grant Ave. Moundsville, WV.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 17, 2002 at 11:00 am at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Moundsville with Rev That Son Ngoc Nguyen as celebrant. Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
Rosary devotions will be said on Friday at 7:00 pm.
