Nancy was one of a kind. She was one of the strongest, brave, hardworking women I ever met. I can’t picture her not smiling….well, maybe there was an instance or two like when she called me at a party looking for Scott and I fell asleep on the phone, hmmm… she probably wasn’t smiling! But this is what I loved about Nancy – she loved us all in spite of being rotten sometimes! The greatest legacy you can leave in this world is your family. She surely has left a legacy to be proud of. Her children are amazing and each had a special relationship with their Mom. Scott & Marvin and all of the family – Let the memories ease the pain – there were so many! Lots of Love! Becky
Joe, Dawn and the entire Roeder Family….Mark and I were so sorry to hear about your mother. Please know our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Wishing you comfort in the days ahead.
I remember cruising the Caribbean with Nancy. She loved letting loose on those .cruises
Daina- So sorry to hear about your Mother. You and and your family are in our prayers. Take care, Love, Don and Mary Sue
You were loved and cherished by many! Love to you and your family!
I remember Nancy from my childhood, she tried to be serious and tough with her children but always managed humor at the end, enjoying her cup of coffee, and speaking in her slow voice.
God Bless your next Journey Nancy. God Bless your family with strength and togetherness to move forward without you leading the amazing family that you brought into this world, which I have had the pleasure to be a close part of.
To all the Roeders – You have all been through so much the last few days through this loss of your Mom. I will never forget her, all the memories through the years and her voice saying “Hi, Christy”. (The only person in the world to call me that, and my special memory.) Thinking of you all and sending love. RIP Aunt Nancy. Until we meet again one day.
