I recently found out about my good friend Pat’s passing. I met Pat in nursing school in Wheeling WVa. in the early 80s. She and I became great friends. I looked up to her like a big sister. I had just come from India 3 years prior. She made my nursing school experience so much better. I treasure those days. My heart is very sad to hear of her passing but I know she is not suffering anymore. Pat touched my life in a beautiful way. She will never be forgotten.
