I have many fond memories of Mrs. Maxwell. She would always walk through West Liberty and have a smile and a cheerful hello. I worked with her during my time at West Liberty University and she always helped me out when I was a student there. She was so good to my grandparents when they lived next door. God Bless and prayers to the family.
