Ralph Haberfield, 69, Wheeling, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018, in Liza`s Place, Wheeling.
Ralph was born February 16, 1948 in Wheeling, a son of the late Ralph and Lillian (Danner) Haberfield. He is survived by his brother: Bill Haberfield.
Ralph was a member of Mountaineer Athletic Club, and the Jerry West Society. Let`s go Mountaineers!!
Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., Monday, January 22nd, 2018, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Wheeling Chapel, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am, Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018, at The Cathedral of St. Joseph, with the Rev. Msgr. Kevin Quirk as celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the WVU Ralph Haberfield Jr. Mountaineer Athletic Scholarship Fund, PO Box 0877, Morgantown, WV 26507-0877. Online contributions can also be made at tmcfunding.com.

Ralph was a kind and caring soul and I wish I could have been to his funeral but will keep him in my prayers. Bill, I hope you are doing well and offer my sincere condolences on your loss.
