Randall Paul “Ree” Baughman

March 7, 1965 - July 18, 2023

03/07/1965 - 07/18/2023

Sadly, Randall Paul Baughman “Ree”, 58, of Moundsville, WV passed away at home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

Randy was born on March 7, 1965 in Wheeling, WV. Beloved son of the late William H. Baughman and Judith A. Carrigg and stepfather, Donald P. Carrigg of Glen Dale, WV.

Randy was Catholic by faith, studied at Corpus Christie grade school and Wheeling Park High School. At 17, he entered the U.S. Navy and specialized in nuclear submarines on the John C. Calhoun. He was an alter boy thru most of his boyhood. He loved artwork, his drums and guitar and played in many bands. Randy was a truck driver for Hogan Trucking and loved taking his little buddy “Buster” along. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #332 in Charleston, SC. He mostly loved hunting and fishing and could best anyone with a fishing pole. He loved his family dearly and held the most respect for “Maw”. And, when God gave out smiles, He saw that Randy was given the best. Rest in peace, my love.

Preceding Randy in death was his father, William Baughman and Grandparents, Ernest and Frances Flanagan.

Randy is survived by his Mother and stepfather; his big brother, Bill and his wife Tricia of Champagne, IL; sister, Patti Pridgen of Pittsburgh, PA; sister, Barbara and husband Mark Rippon of VA; his uncle, James Flanagan and wife, Betty of Glen Dale, WV; and his very best friends, Randy and Pam Suarez.

Services will be private for family and special friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home in Moundsville, WV.

Can’t wait for spring to go fishing and do the things we used to do when we were kids.
Mekhi loves sitting on my lap driving your truck. He loves the outdoors just like you do. He’s already catching more fish than me.

Miss you my brother, I trust in Jesus, His Mercy is endless and His treasury of Compassion is inexhaustible. – See you Heaven some day.
