Robin Lin Williams, 59, of Wheeling, WV, passed Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born September 14, 1958, a daughter of the late Clyde and Dorothy (White) Riggle.
Robin is survived by her two children, Samuel (Christy) Williams II of Wheeling, and Wendy (Jeff) Boggs of Cameron, WV; one fur baby, Boomer; three siblings, Belinda West of Moundsville, Shirley “Punkin” (Tim) Dulaney of Moundsville, and Doug (Shevelle) Huntsman; four grandchildren, Breana, Nathan, Joey and Kyle; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Robin was one of the most honest, sincere women I ever met in my life. I got to know her pretty well. She helped me through a very difficult time in my life. With her words of wisdom and encouragement, I made it through. Thank you so much for your friendship Robin, I will be forever greatful for having you as a friend. Until we meet again, our crazy songs and long talks will always be in my heart. Love you girl.
