Ronald S. Kwiatkoski, 80, of McMechen, WV, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018, in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV.
Ronald was born July 24, 1938, in Wheeling, a son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Mogielski) Kwiatkoski. He was retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and a U.S. Navy veteran.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Mihalek) Kwiatkoski; two brothers, Joseph and Anthony Kwiatkoski; and six sisters, Cecelia Auth, Florence Ferrie, Isabelle Krizan, Frances Ankrom, Rosella Siewny and Sophie Skrzypek. He is survived by his two children, Aaron (Michelle) Kwiatkoski of McMechen and Angelique (Keith) Schweinebraten of Martinsburg, WV; two grandsons, Tyler Kwiatkoski and Nathan Schweinebraten; two princess granddaughters, Melanie Kwiatkoski and Taylor Schweinebraten; and his bird, Bob.
Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Benwood-McMechen Chapel 214 Marshall Street, McMechen, Wednesday, September 19, 2018, from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 5 pm, with the Rev. That Son Ngoc Nguyen officiating.
