Parsons, Ruth Reinhardt Skiebo-Lewandowski, 92, of Wheeling, died Monday September 24, 2018 in Peterson Hospital, Wheeling.
She was born in Wheeling on December 1, 1925, the daughter of the late Richard and Kathleen Criswell Reinhardt.
Ruth was a retired assembly worker for the former Marx Toys and member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Albert Parsons in 1980, her sister Evelyn Riggs and a brother Richard Reinhardt.
Surviving are her children Linda Allen (Lee) of Wheeling, Adam Parsons (Bonnie) of Wheeling and Vicki Parsons Schrupp (Mark) of Iowa, a sister Delora Taylor of Wheeling and a brother Jerry Reinhardt (Hazel) of Wheeling, five grandchildren Aaron Allen (Darlene), Crystal Parsons-Tetrick (Tom), Amber Dow (Jon), Devin Parsons and Jerry Rock (Amanda), five great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received on Friday September 28, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home 154 Kruger Street Elm Grove, Wheeling where services will be held on Saturday September 29, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. Gino Vercellotti officiating. Interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
