Sharon Louise “Boo” Campbell passed away Friday, August 10, 2018, at Liza’s Place.
She was born July 31, 1960, a daughter of the late Robert and Joan (Carleton) D’Cagna. Sharon was a kind person with a heart of gold, always going above and beyond for others, she was a blessing to everyone she met. She enjoyed animals, children and above everything else, her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Campbell (2008); nephew, Lucas McCracken and a brother-in-law, Paul Dietrich.
Sharon is survived by her three sons, Jordan (Nikki) Campbell, Chad (Bethanie) Campbell and Kyle Campbell; six sisters, Debbie Dietrich, Barbie Jarrett, Sandy (Jody) Campbell; Tammy (Todd) Shank, Laurie (John) Cook and Linn “Sissy” D’Cagna; one brother, Andrew D’Cagna; five grandchildren, Caleb, Cameron and Carson Campbell and Adyson and Alivia Howard; step-mom, Linda Dunnell; five nieces, seven nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews and a special cousin, Louise Repep.
The family would like to thank the staff at Liza’s Place for all the wonderful care that was given to Sharon, and the loving support that was given to her family.
Family and friends will be received for a memorial gathering, Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 10 am until time of service at 1 pm, at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, 1400 Eoff St.

Sharon was like a mom to me. I will miss her.

Boo was God’s Angel on Earth. Since I was not available Boo spent hours with my mother Angela DeMaria during her last day on Earth. She did not want Angela to die alone. Now Boo is God”s Angel in Heaven! Prayers and Blessings to all who loved her.
I was so sorry to hear about Boo. I had lost contact with all the stuff the life throws at you sometimes but I remember growing up in East Wheeling, the good times at the house in South Wheeling and in Warwood. Memories.
