Dear Annabelle & family, I am so sorry to hear that you’ve suffered yet another loss. I have such fond memories of Shawn & all of your family as we spent time at the lake…so many sunrises, beautiful days filled with laughter, & sunsets. May your memories comfort you. Hugs & prayers.
I can still see your face and hear your voice in my thoughts of you as a kid even though one day I saw you no more for 20+ years until August 2016 when I shared with you what would be the last and best memory of time spent with you when we went to a movie together and went shopping. That was a good day and I feel like we truly shared a special moment of connection that I will never forget and will always hold in my heart. Even though I wasn’t super close to you as some may say, you still mattered to me because you were still my Uncle and were family and I had hoped we would have more moments together in the future because I knew you needed family and that may help you move forward to a better life. Now that you have been taken to a much better place where there is no pain, my wife & I pray that you rest in peace with those family members that have already passed on to be with the Lord. I also pray for God’s strength and healing for my grandmother, my cousin Shawn Jr, my mother, my aunts and uncles, my cousins, and all others that knew and loved you as family.
Sorry for your loss. It is through the privilege of prayer, that the family can experience God’s love and comfort in the most intimate way. May you all find comfort as you pour out your hearts in prayer to Jehovah, “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials.” 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4.
To the ENTIRE SOHO FAMILY, My sincere condolences and prayers for each and every one of you.
RIP Uncle Shawn. You will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. Love you bunches!!! Give Grandpa and Aunt Faith a big hug and kiss for me. God has gained another angel!!!
