Sheila Ann Pascoli, 81, of Wheeling, WV passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

She was born in Newark, OH, on February 12, 1940, the first of four daughters of the late Charles and Mary E. (Deardurff) Butterfield. After graduating high school, she later attended Wheeling Jesuit University where she was an honor roll student.

Sheila was an active member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and other catholic, local and civic committees and organizations in Newark, OH, Wheeling and Charleston WV. She was also a member of the Mayflower Society.

Sheila was a gifted writer and painter, taking part in many singing clubs and choirs. She had a zest for traveling throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Unroe and Mary Beth Butterfield.

Sheila is survived by her loving husband, John “Jack” Pascoli; two sons, Bart Pascoli and Sean Pascoli; daughters-in-law, Liz Pascoli and Lisa Pascoli; her sister, Marilyn Holloway; two grandchildren, John “Jake” and Annabella “Bella” Pascoli, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 9 am at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 1508 Warwood Ave., Wheeling.

Sheila would encourage donations and/or contributions be made to your local libraries, schools and organizations, as she was an avid reader and lover of the arts.
