Sheila L. Morgan, 60, of Moundsville, WV, was called home by her Lord, Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born April 20, 1957, a daughter of the late Wesley “Junior” Livingston and Ollie (White) Stanley. Sheila deeply loved her family, she was extremely selfless, always sharing her faith with those around her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step-father, Bob Stanley and two brothers, Wayne and Robert Livingston.

Sheila is survived by her loving husband of over 29 years, Joe Morgan; two children, Wesley (Jennifer) Wikert and Erin (Ralph) Fraunfelter; three sisters, Karen (Shark) Martin, Kathy (Larry) Booher, and Tina Livingston; two step-brothers, Tom Stanley and Doug Stanley; five grandchildren, Ciara, Christian, Cylie Ratliff and Coleen and Cassy Wikert; close family friend, Stanley Miller and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received 6pm to 8pm on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where funeral services will be held Saturday, July 15, at 1 pm. Interment will be held at Riverview Cemetery.

Aww ~My first little friend in Junior High! Fly Sheila your a beautiful Angel ,now with our lord! I’ll always remember walking from Moundsville Baptist church to~~ Short Popular Street to bring you to church with me! And in later life you would tell me how much that meant to you & Hey it meant everything to my too that my little friend would come to church with me….! Keeping your family in my prays! SHEILA is a very SPECIAL PERSON WHO ALWAYS HAD A “SMILE!” I smile in my SPIRIT KNOWING SHE IS WITH OUR FATHER GOD!
Sheila ALWAYS SHARED HER FAITH IN JESUS AND NOW HER SPIRIT HAS WENT BACK TO GOD!
