Suzanne Elizabeth (Burger) Cook, 68, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born October 2, 1947 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Charles and Angela Marion (Weidman) Burger.
Suzanne was retired from Gwynn Advertising and a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Warwood where she was a member of the Corpus Christi Ladies Guild.
Surviving are her husband of 41 years, Robert Cook of Wheeling; children, Jennifer Cook of Wheeling and Matthew Cook of Morgantown, WV; two sisters, Linda J. Burger of Wheeling and Pam (Tom) Zinn of Columbus, OH; brother, Charles H. Burger of Wintersville, OH and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-9p.m. Friday, September 2, 2016 at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, where a Vigil Service will be held at 3:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 10am at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Warwood WV.
Interment will follow Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.

In memory of my wonderful sister-in law. Suzy was such an amazing, loving, caring, special, and beautiful person. I am blessed to have her in my life.
